We participate with many insurances including:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- United Health
- Neighborhood Health
We will submit claims to all commercial insurance plans. However, we advise you to check with your insurance carrier beforehand so that you are aware of exactly what your plan covers for non-participating carriers. At the time of this inquiry, you may also wish to clarify your co-pay responsibility.
If you have been injured at work, we will submit your bill to the Worker’s Compensation carrier as long as we have been provided with all the proper information. You are responsible for any deductible, co-insurance or non-covered services.
Unless your insurance plan covers office visits, you will be requested to pay at the time of each visit. Patient accounts are billed monthly. We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards.
If you do not have insurance or require special payment arrangements, please call our Office Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. at 401.273.9400. We will work with you to arrange a personalized payment plan. Our billing office will also help answer any questions you may have about coverage.
